Then, he released his SoundCloud debut in the form of a Mixtape "OFFICIAL POLO.G SUNDCLOUD". Gang With Me marked his first single that became a hit, then followed by another single, The Finer Things. While in jail was he wrote his second track. The song became his breakthrough single and amassed millions of views on YouTube and brought him into limelight. Records majors began to show interest. Pop Out feat. Lil Tjay was signed by the rapper when he signed a deal to distribute his music with Columbia Records. The track received millions of viewers on YouTube. Additionally the song ranked 22nd position on Billboard Hot 100. Polo G rose to fame for his work as a YouTube superstar and gained an impressive amount of attention through other platforms including Instagram and Twitter.
